## 学习计划：每周免费 $3 美元额度

Puffer Pro 为有学习需求的用户提供每周免费 $3（USD）学习额度。这是服务使用额度，不是现金，也不要求先充值。

欢迎年满14周岁、愿意认真学习的人，不限于在校学生。无论是在校学习、工作后进修，还是退休后探索新知识，都欢迎使用学习计划；需要额外帮助时也可以按实际学习需求联系 QQ 客服申请支持。

- 注册账户后首次使用已接入的功能会自动启用学习计划，优先使用学习额度；可在“我的账户 → 使用情况”查看剩余额度：https://pufferpro.com/gateway#usage
- 每个周期为 7 天（168 小时），从服务器确认启用或重置的时间计算；不是每周一统一重置。恢复时间以服务器时间为准，修改本地设备时间不会恢复额度。
- 额度按周期恢复，不累积到下一个周期。同一账户关联的 API 密钥共享一份额度，不按密钥重复发放。
- 适用于已接入账户统一计费的网站功能和 API 调用；具体支持范围以账户页面及接口文档为准。
- 按实际 Token 用量及公布的价格计费，优先使用学习额度。免费额度与充值余额分开管理，重置学习额度不会增加充值余额。
- 免费额度不足时，只有用户启用了“允许使用充值余额”才可改用充值余额。单次请求不混合扣款。
- 管理员发放的额度、既有周期和重置卡可能有不同面额。个人剩余额度、重置机会和下次恢复时间须以登录后的“使用情况”为准，不能从本公开文件查询。

## 学习计划与额外帮助：充值卡和重置卡

充值卡和重置卡仅用于提供额外学习支持，不支持额外购买。它们不是参加学习计划的前提。没有这些卡，用户仍可启用和使用每周免费 $3 学习额度。

如果本期额度不足，且仍有需要完成的学习任务，用户可以通过官网提供的 QQ 客服联系方式说明学习需求，申请额外帮助。例如，翻译课程论文、阅读外文教材或准备学习报告时额度用完，都可以联系咨询。是否发放、发放形式和金额根据实际情况确定，并非申请后保证获得。

- 充值卡：用于增加独立的充值余额，不会重新计算学习计划的七天周期。
- 重置卡：代表已发放的一次恢复学习额度的机会。在“使用情况”中点击“重置限额”，确认后恢复相应额度，并重新开始七天倒计时。此处无需输入卡密。
- “使用情况”窗口用于查看本期已用和剩余额度、下次恢复时间、可用重置机会以及独立的充值余额。
- 充值余额的使用需要用户开启“允许使用充值余额”，该选项默认关闭。

## Weekly free learning plan (English)

Puffer Pro offers US$3 in free learning credit per seven-day (168-hour) cycle. No initial top-up is required. Sign in and activate the plan under My Account → Usage. Cycles use server time from activation or reset, rather than a shared calendar-week reset. Unused credit does not roll over, and all linked API keys on one account share the allowance. Eligible services charge actual token usage at the published rates. Learning credit and paid balance are separate; paid fallback requires the user's opt-in. Account-specific grants and reset cards may differ. The signed-in Usage page is authoritative for remaining credit and recovery time.

Everyone who wants to learn seriously is welcome, regardless of age or student status. The plan welcomes learners at school, adults continuing their education, and retirees exploring new interests. Additional learning-support requests are also open to learners of all ages and are assessed according to actual learning needs.

Top-up cards and reset cards are granted only as additional learning support and are not available for purchase. They are not prerequisites for the free plan. Learners of all ages who need more credit to complete a learning task can contact QQ support using the contact details on the official website. Assistance is assessed individually; approval and amounts are not guaranteed. A top-up card adds separate paid balance without restarting the learning cycle. A reset card provides a granted allowance-reset opportunity: confirm Reset Limit in Usage to restore its assigned allowance and restart the seven-day clock; this reset does not require entering a card code. Paid-balance fallback is off by default and requires the user's opt-in.
